Timeline
January 1, 2012 – March 31, 2012
Rules
... At least one chapter leader needs to participate in a Circle webcast in February or March 2012
All chapter leaders need to subscribe to the chapter discussion forum
All chapter leaders need to update their profiles on their chapter website
Within the chapter website:
Upload a new photo and replace welcome message text
Post at least one new discussion between January 1, 2012 - March 2012
Add upcoming chapter events to the events calendar
Post at least one resource or newsletter in the library and link to it in the chapter news
To enter
Complete all above steps
Head to All Chapter Officers workgroup on The Circle and post a discussion that says “[Chapter Name] has come full circle”
Prize – Circle Communication Pack
The prize will be customized to fit the needs of the chapter, but could include:
A detailed Circle communication plan will be developed and given to the chapter. The plan will include examples/text for STTIconnect submissions, a merged letter format, etc.
A private webcast will be offered to the members of the chapter, to show them all the features and functions of their chapter website.
One personalized e-mail will be sent from STTI to all of the active members of the winning chapter, inviting them to participate in the specific discussions, see upcoming events, etc.
Circle inserts to hand out at the next chapter event
An 11x17 chapter-specific flier to promote their site
